1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClickReap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClickReap provides automated affiliate link management, including: product catalog management, automated link insertion via a JavaScript SDK, click tracking and analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any affiliate program terms through the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the SDK
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on products, team members, and pages. Exceeding limits may result in reduced functionality until you upgrade. We will notify you before taking any action.

7. Intellectual Property

ClickReap retains all rights to the Service, SDK, and related technology. You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant ClickReap a limited license to process your page content for the purpose of identifying product mentions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClickReap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
